Moreover, he often shifts blame onto employees when things go wrong, creating a toxic work environment. Relationships with clients are frequently strained due to unprofessional behavior, leading to lost business opportunities. The company is overly focused on short-term profits, often at the expense of long-term success, and is stingy with resources. Employees are expected to take on excessive workloads—often requiring one person to do the job of two. The culture here is one of exploitation, where the goodwill of employees is taken advantage of. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
