Cons
Dishonest:
They lied to me when I started salary negotiations. They told me the client said I had to wait until the end of the year because a negotiation wouldn’t be possible at that point. Later on, they said the client confirmed that a salary increase was not possible. However, the client told me that Bydrec never reached out to them. They preferred to risk you leaving instead of adjusting their profit margin. It’s obvious they’re trying to exploit you. If you don’t negotiate from the beginning, they’ll take more than 20% of your salary every month. After that, you’re basically on your own. One follow-up email per year, that’s all. No benefits at all.
