More standardized toolkits would help: A more centralized repository of updated templates/examples across project types could reduce rework and speed ramp-up further.

Byline is a fast-paced and execution-focused team where you learn a lot in a short time. The work is practical, real-world, and closely aligned to client outcomes. You get exposure to end-to-end delivery — from understanding requirements and designing learning experiences to building modules and improving them based on feedback. The team is supportive, and if you take ownership, you will grow quickly. Great environment for people who enjoy building and improving, not just “maintaining.”

Not a con per say but workload can be demanding at times, especially when multiple client deadlines overlap.
