Pros

Lcoation was decent and also the office tech was advanced

Cons

I never wokred here but I did went for an interview and thank god they rejected me. The onwer basically tried to limit the roles and responsiilities of an ID by stating that they are not resonsible for Visual design etc in order to really weigh down the hierarhy of the role in order to hire me for cheaper rate. They also gave me an "assignment" which was basically a labour oriented work which they wanted to get done for free in the name of an assignment. They already had decided not move ahead anyways still made me do the "assignment".

Pros

Client exposure + variety: I got to work across different industries and learning needs, which really sharpened my design thinking and adaptability. Solid learning culture: There’s a genuine focus on doing good work—clear emphasis on quality, structure, and learner experience. Supportive team dynamics: My colleagues were approachable and willing to share templates, feedback, and best practices. That made onboarding smoother and reduced the “figure it out alone” feeling you sometimes get in agencies. Skill growth: I improved in stakeholder management, storyboarding, SME interviews, and building assets efficiently while still keeping instructional integrity. Process-driven delivery: Projects generally followed a defined workflow, which helped keep deliverables on track and expectations clearer.

Cons

Fast timelines at times: Like most service environments, deadlines can get tight, especially when client feedback cycles shift late in the process. Workload balancing: Peaks happen. Resourcing can feel stretched depending on the project pipeline. More standardized toolkits would help: A more centralized repository of updated templates/examples across project types could reduce rework and speed ramp-up further.

Pros

Byline is a fast-paced and execution-focused team where you learn a lot in a short time. The work is practical, real-world, and closely aligned to client outcomes. You get exposure to end-to-end delivery — from understanding requirements and designing learning experiences to building modules and improving them based on feedback. The team is supportive, and if you take ownership, you will grow quickly. Great environment for people who enjoy building and improving, not just “maintaining.”

Cons

Not a con per say but workload can be demanding at times, especially when multiple client deadlines overlap.
