Pros
CA has an amazing product line, great benefits, increasing pool of talent, and pays well. They are going through a positive culture transformation. For those who really want to be part of this, it's a great time to join.
Cons
Because they are transforming and growing, it's changing constantly and maybe too much. If you're looking for a comfortable role and a creature of habit, this place will take you out of that. It may be too much change for some. Also, some of the new management in place do not have much software experience. You don't feel they have the thought leadership or are able to help structure or improve complex software sales.
