Pros
CEO will undermine all employees to look like a hero and saviour. He is completely irrational in his decision making and all you have to do if you want something is ask....... and just like that, he will make it happen by all means necessary.
Cons
Leadership change. All the good ones are gone. We feel supported in the stores but we see through how fake this is and know it can't last for long. We need some thoughtful, experienced leadership. We lost the best we ever had.
