Pros
Working at CB Heating for the last 18 months has allowed me to be introduced to so many new positive ways of thinking and learning opportunities. At my last place of work, issues were never solved and problems weren't listened to which is all to common in working environments today. that's why I was so shocked to see me asking a question leads to a full explanation with training in order to make sure I fully understand. All the team members here are part of a family! we all work hard to make sure a task is complete and support each other when we are struggling. I honestly couldn't say I have been in or seen a better sales, administration and management team!
Cons
As cliché as this might sound, there Isn't a negative. CB Heating is a growing business in a relatively new industry to the UK, so there is some hiccups along the way as you would expect! However they are all dealt with openness and honesty with a solution soon to follow.
