Pros

Office staff have flexible hours. Laid back environment (for office staff). Clients receive excellent care.

Cons

Senior management clueless, exploits employees and clients regularly. Senior management unpredictable and reactionary. Horrible benefit package, health insurance for family $1000 per month employee contribution. Little to no opportunities for advancement in position and pay. High turnover rate. Various departments disjointed, little to no teamwork between departments. Employees encouraged to compete against one another as opposed to work together. Minimal financial investment made towards providing employees the tools needed to do their jobs. Forced to make due with whats available while the CEO's inner circle is using brand new, high-end computers. Obvious that upper management doesn't trust employees.
