Organized, near public transport, nice facilities

Cons

Lied to me about the full job position (told me I was going to manage survey answers through calls and during training revealed that we had to sell plans). Very intense work flow

Pros

Relatively advanced IT infrastructure. Get things done is more important than face time. If you are in the operation team, good mobility to experience different functions. Less so in the trading/investment front.

Cons

As with any company that grew bigger, sufficient communications are sometimes lacking.
