We also a foundation, CSR Cares that gives grants to support children in our community as many fundraisers that support autism. CSR cares about not only the people that work here but also the community. Great place to work!

The culture of the office is positive and inclusive, and those in leadership positions are clear, transparent, and open to questions. They highly value the personal drive to succeed and those individuals who have vast experience are willing to share their methods and practices.

I am one of the newest employees so it's hard to address cons yet. I would just say I want to feel included and valued despite my lack of production to this point. And of course I require direction and assistance so I hope they continue to foster that.
