Pros
A variety of opportunities in various disciplines. Many of the tasks stress some esoteric knowledge and its a good chance to learn new concepts and ideas. The company goes out of its way at times to be good to the employees with tickets to major sporting events and a way-fully stocked buffet at corporate meetings.
Cons
As a slightly smaller company, it can be hard to find the right niche to be in and at times it can be hard to find a new position when your current position terminates or its time to move on.
