Supportive colleagues and community minded students. Staff and faculty foster the growth of student qualities and assist students in building skills applicable for the workforce and life outside of work. A culture of inclusion and a very friendly and aesthetically pleasing campus.
Cons
Pay can be low for hard working staff members. It is a public institution and comes with a fair amount of bureaucracy.
