CSW is a great place to work. They have consistently improved benefits for me and my family, I’ve grown and have been promoted twice. They have a competitive salary and keep me engaged and learning more. I’ve been here 7 years and will retire here. They are a family company.

CSW isn’t perfect but they are better than any other company I’ve worked for. I’ve seen so many people leave CSW and come back because the grass wasn’t greener. They’ve recently made a lot of changes and I see nothing but great things ahead.

I have been at CSW more than 8 years now and hope to someday retire here .The family type company has always made it great to work here. Yes we do promote within , i did not know that was a bad thing! When i was younger that is what i looked for in a company , one that wants to grow and grow its people. Yes CSW is growing and yes they have made mistakes along the way, but all growing companies do. As far as being treated fairly i know of no company that will treat its employees any more fairly than CSW . The benefit package is more than industry standard for you and your family. When they talk safety they mean it, they want every employee to go home safe every day to their families ! i have been in the industry of 35 years and this is one if the best places i have worked and would recommend to any hard working individual out there with a goal to learn and grow.

CSW has had its bumps and bruises along the way but i believe they are through them now.
