Cheap Organisation - Software Engineer Cachy Employee Review

Unfortunately, my experience at this company has been quite negative. The work environment is toxic, with team leads and other members frequently conspiring to leave. There's a lot of negative talk about the CEO, and it's clear that these feelings are well-founded based on his behavior. I can't think of any positives to highlight about working here. Joining this company is likely to lead to significant stress and possibly even depression.

This company has numerous significant drawbacks. A word of caution: if you're considering joining, think twice. The work environment is highly unfavorable.

Flexible time, fast learning, Good workspace

Wrost management , no hike OR increment. Never suggest.
