None. Honestly, if my anxiety wasn't a factor to me, I would've worked for this company and supervisor.

Enjoyable experience - Lovely People - Antiquated Systems - The management overseeing the position are well informed, honest and strait forward. The executives are nice people, and the culture is enjoyable even if the pay is not close to what they should be paying for the responsibility.

Low Pay - Long Hours - No Advancement - High Turnover - Dealing with the public. The clock hours are not helpful even if you need to take off to see the doctor, you'll need to make up for it during the week after it is pre-approved, if you don't want it to come out of your vacation time off. (PTO) You'll also need to work Saturdays at least once a month or more. During the holiday expect to put in extra time.
