Pros
The parcel business have been ever growing after the Internet hit the homeusers and we got confident with it. The business have been ever expanding since. In general: Fair salary, good tasks and challenges, good colleagues, expanding business, decent IT software and system, good culture/behaveour between workers, free milk and coffee every day, health insurance.
Cons
The company have big opportunities to expand and grow, however it is like sitting on a goldmine, but with old and teared tools to mine it. In general: Lack of possibilities to upgrade yourself or try other jobs in the company, culture is old school driven, advantage to have a strong psyche, always behind on human ressources compared to work tasks.
