- Reluctance to listen to suggestions for improvements at top level management - Us and Them split with management team, leading to lack of consistency across most areas of the business - Absence of administrative checking processes, leading to errors in quotations, which Regional Managers are then expected to be responsible for. - Micro Management from Senior Management. - Failure to take and act on feedback when asked for it. - Reluctance from top level management to accept challenge without seeing it as personal criticism - Lack of structured approach from Senior Management when dealing with issues raised. Rather a 'scatter gun' approach leading to questions with no relevance. - My way or the Highway attitudes...... - Pass the book approach from too many individuals who should be working together for the greater good of the company
