Pros

They were targeting each other in attempts to blackball executive leadership. Teams would intentionally not communicate fractured processes in order to place blame. Politics and nepotism is valued over hardwork and delivery. The culture is shameful and heavily lacks integrity and transparency. Also, they pay below market rate for similar titles in the same verticals.

Cons

Leadership Dishonorable Lack of Transparency Wonky Pay Equity On-Site

Cons

No cohesion. The company used to be a bottom-up company that has transitioned to a top down culture. Problem is we have too many new people at the top who don't understand our business and don't know how to balance change with keeping the legacy business going. Also, management just straight up lies to our faces constantly. We also can never get any questions answered except for the softest of softball questions.
