Pros

Candid is a lot of fun. Some departments are really easy to work with and eager to teach. You aren't bored at work for sure. Stuff is always changing so there's no shortage of work.

Cons

-Candid made some bad hires early on when budgets were tight. These folks have inflated egos about skills that no one cares about or aren't useful. Teamwork and progress can be impossible at times. - You have to walk on eggshells for management. They are young and lack sr. experience in their prior jobs. They are easily threatened by anyone who challenges them who doesn't align to the elitist pedigree. It is not uncommon for them to play favorites with employees who had access to an ivy education or are friends or family members they hired. - Candid is neither creative nor original as a company. Discussions on new ideas are pointless due to legacy problems. - Micromanagement is overkill - I have witnessed personally the People team asking employees to write glowing reviews for Glassdoor to offset authentic negative reviews. Check interview reviews and you'll see they are all posted around the same string of time.

Pros

Great company with a welcoming and supportive culture. Employees are encouraged to share ideas, and leadership is approachable and accessible without feeling like you're bothering anyone. The environment is fast-paced, which keeps the work engaging, while teammates and managers are always willing to help and support one another. There's a strong sense of collaboration, flexibility, and openness that makes it a great place to grow and contribute.

Cons

The company is still growing and evolving, which means change happens quickly. This creates exciting opportunities. Those who prefer a more traditional environment may find the pace of change challenging.

Pros

Remote work, helping patients, inclusive caring environment when it started.

Cons

Startup that did not care about it's workers, mislead the shareholders and then did mass layoffs repeatedly after they changed models. Did not care about patient experiences and did not maintain it's promises to the customer. When they announced B2B after building it's success as D2C, leaders started jumping ship, those positions were not back filled and anyone below them was expected to pick up the responsibilities without any pay raise. Promised scheduled raises and bonus' never happened. By the time D2C was phased out, all of the teams were burnt out and they workplace had gone from cooperative and creative to toxic and destructive. They preached inclusivity and diversity, but that didn't rise above the lowest positions.
