Pros
Co-workers in the field were great, decent amount of support and they were never afraid to help and teach when I needed it. Supervisor was great and did everything he could to help when I had first started.
Cons
Company would routinely hire when workflow was busy, lay people off when it got slow, rinse and repeat. I got injured a month before my probation was up and they added another two months to my probation. Fast forward to a week before my probation was supposed to be up and I was permanently laid off before any of my benefits kicked in.
