An international Organization with multi cultural team of work and support. Non profit organization help the most vulnerable people no matter what are their race or religious believes.
Cons
When you work in a humanitarian organization, your goals is helping people, and provide them a better environment to live, so at this level of work you held a big responsibility which make you willing to continue working outside your working hours and even your working days. That is difficult, but in the other hand, that is humanitarian and that what matters to me.
