Pay is usually on time even then there are always issues though.
You'll sleep well and lose weight
After years you'll become a burnt out drone so the company will become ever so slightly more bare able.
Cons
Nearly all aspects and all departments, clicky managers who lie and patronise staff and residents families, no empathy all profit attitude, every " favour" is a future responsibility, over seas staff with bad attitudes and even worse skills and worth ethic, packing homes with residents with no regard for safety, staff or residents, profit is number one sadly, very greedy and false owners who look down on staff especially the carers who they view as disposable and meaningless, without question every manager I experienced got there by either boot licking or throwing others under the bus, its a toxic and terrible company and a true regret from any honest, self respecting employee, if you value compassion, honesty, your mental and emotional health then please please avoid at all costs.
