Pros

Great brand with an extensive legacy amongst the jewelry world.

Cons

Systems are very repetitive and far from intuitive. Primarily from being under the Richemont conglomerate, they're pretty much afraid of change with their systems. Typical client interactions at the the point-of-sale and wrapping ceremony add another 30 minutes. May be dependant on management at the boutique but from what I've experienced, they are VERY meticulous on their inventory with 98% of the responsibility falling on your lap as a Sales Associate. Best course is to take things slow and steady but don't be surprised if you're at odds with your managers for weeks because you made a simple human mistake.
