The organizational structure is nonexistent. It is completely unclear how decisions are made or who is actually responsible for what. The criteria for selecting managers is an unsolved mystery. Promotions and leadership roles seem to be based on personal preferences rather than merit or skill. Management shows no genuine interest in employee well-being or feedback. Everything is driven by personal whims rather than logical business strategy. Joining this company was a major setback. I added no value to my skill set here. Instead of focusing on work, your energy is drained by ridiculous internal challenges and unnecessary drama. Final Warning, If you value your future success and growth, do your research on the terrible culture here before joining Advice to Management -> Stop playing favorites. You are wasting the investors' money and destroying people's careers.
