Pros

Great patients, great nurses, on site pharmacy with medication discounts, many shift options, room for advancement if you know the right people

Cons

Poor staffing, always working short, eliminate positions with no warning at the drop of a hat, low pay, poor benifits, poor management, poor patient care due to poor staffing, very difficult to use vacation must pick 2 weeks of pto a year in advance and you are still not guaranteed those days off

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We strive to provide excellent benefits, such as our pharmacy and new urgent care clinic that is free of charge to team members, while also providing career advancement opportunities to those who are interested in growing in their field. We are also pleased to have made significant wage increases across all key departments, including nursing, over this past year, as our team members are the heart of patient care and resident life enrichment opportunities. We wish you all the best in your future.

Pros

Residents are awesome! Buildings are beautiful & well maintained. Opportunities to further your education.

Cons

Pay is too low. Miniscule room for advancement. Employs alot of inexperienced minors that just want a paycheck. Employee retention/preservation is non-existent. Employee turnover rate is very high. Cedar let's go of excellent employees & hangs on to the bad ones. Concerns/complaints not taken seriously. Management needs help. Will change you facility schedule 5min before your shift starts & any time during your shift. Under staffed. Hygiene, dress code, & tardy policies not enforced. Annual raises of no more than 3% of your pay. Learn the job while on the job, which creates unfair workload for other staff. HR department is NOT for the employees, but for the best interest of the company. You are replaceable. Favoritism amongst managers. Lack of accountability for bad behavior, poor performance, and attendance.
