Some of the best people I've had had the pleasure of working with. Despite many teams nearly doubling in size since I've joined the company still works as a rather "flat" hierarchy where any employee can approach any other (be it a coworker, manger or even the C-suite) and discuss/ask whatever is wanted. The company takes great care to make all feel appreciated, respected and valued regardless of any identifiers (LGBTQ+, religious, or otherwise)
