1. Partial Medical Coverage (OPD to be paid by employee). 2. Salaries are paid on time. Even in 2020 when Covid-19 was at it's peak. 3. The use of a firing policy is discouraged. 4. Bonuses, not yearly but dependent on overall company turnover.
Cons
1. Poor Annual Increments 2. Micromanagement by senior management 3. Company policies and commitments are not timely executed.
