Good for a fresh start and not much else - Administrative Center for Family Development Employee Review

-Great support around self-care and creating your own schedule -provide CEU reimbursement after working there for a year or more. -provide assistance getting panelled and credentialed with insurance companies and the state. -have scheduling staff and office staff that assist and manage scheduling clients and appointments, as well as conducting follow-up communicate with clients. -administrative staff and scheduling staff provide support with the paperwork required with this position. -provide onsite supervision and trainings regularly. -engages with community agencies and organizations to provide resources to all client (LGBTQ, BIPOC, Unhoused).

-must maintain an FTE -currently most staff work on a fee for services completed system, there is an option to be salaried for supervisors and staff that have been with the agency more than 5 years. -FTE must be maintained in order to be salaried -paperwork is quite a lot compared to actual sessions, and not always financially compensated for the amount of paperwork required of this position.

The administrative staff is excellent.

The executive leadership is not good at all. Ingenuine and deceptive.
