Employees can work from home.
Cons
Job scope can change at the drop of the hat. When I say change I mean it increases exponentially. Do not imagine that they will increase your salary, they expect you to suck it up. A very cliquish place. Managers clearly favor the old-timers and give them lesser or easier tasks.
