    Pros

Varied experience, interesting work, good salary, benefits & training opportunities when oil price was high but these are much scaled back when oil price is low

    Cons

American company that works internationally. Opportunities for growth are limited for those who are not from US or are not willing to work in US.

    Advice to Management

Look at how you can value, grow & better integrate non-US employees.
