Pros
Pinstripe was a great place to get your feet wet in the RPO industry. I definitely learned a lot about the industry, and genuinely enjoyed the work and the people. They have a great ATS system and appreciate and listen to the feedback regarding its development.
Cons
You really have to be on the right team. Unfortunately, the team I was on did not have a great lead. There were no opportunities to develop and grow your skills. Trying to move teams proved difficult if your team lead wanted to keep you.
