Pinstripe does not possess the qualities of a great HR company - Interview Specialist Cielo Employee Review

PInstripe could have been better. There is not a lot of room to be innovative and the management with my team communicated very poorly. They did not provide room for advancement and discouraged employees from branching out. The compensation is no where near worth the way they treat you. The culture is toxic in that they do not treat you like a responsible adult, yet try to micromanage all your 'individual projects' Would not recommend this company what-so-ever.
