Pros
Great emphasis is put towards work life balance with its employees. On the most part I was happy working for CINCOM ANZ working alongside some great individuals.
Cons
Unfortunately I fell victim to the wrath and continual bullying from a senior manager to whom I reported.. Contributing to the smooth running of the office I was never once recognised by this particular manager for doing anything right in the three and a bit years I worked for the company. I can only presume they felt their position threatened by my shear presence for whatever reason unknown to me. I found it quite upsetting when I finally stood up for myself after being accused of discriminatory behaviour which was totally unfounded I was pushed out the door that very day as I never got to give my side of the story and very unfair in my view. Its a shame such behaviour in this day and age is acceptable in the workplace as bullying leaves long lasting phycological scars.
