Complete lack of leadership and transparency at VP level and above especially SVPs & CEO. Misinformation to retail partners, outright lying and then brushing over when sales figures are consistently missed. Leadership has no idea what is going on day to day and does not support customer success, sales and cross functional departments. Essentially leadership simply makes things up to look good to retailers/partners but a complete mess on backend management and processes/sales. Will easily miss 2022 sales figures and beyond but will find a way to pad it or call down number.
