Pros
Good place to work, most of the groups have good professionals and are easy to relate with and have good knowledge of the business.
Cons
Salary and work place are not good. In Rio the building where most of the people work is not kept in good conditions. Some projects are not well conducted, not well organized among different teams leading to bad outcomes.
