Nice, friendly atmosphere, people I made a genuine connection with. Freebies like lunch and an inviting office space.

Miscommunication about role clarity and expectations and a lack of training and development. When situations got complex or tough, I didn't feel I had anyone to turn to. Boss was very busy all the time in and out of meetings and stretched, working beyond hours. I didn't think there was enough strategy or prioritisation with tasks was just given a handful of clients and to get on with it.

Great environment within the office and a great office building. Everyone is always willing to help. Great focus on knowing the platforms our clients work with and knowing them well. Training provided and certification bonuses. There is a Great work-life balance, an amicable split between days in the office and home, and flexibility when "life happens" and you need to work from home. Lunch is catered two/three days a week, plus there's always snacks, fruit, drinks, lovely coffee machines, gym. Great facilities overall.
