    To the CEO: you're an excellent guy and you wrote the book on listening. Cloudreach needs to unite towards a goal that is not growth or revenue specific.     - chaos in the project management - chaotic resourcing management - fast growth allowed to lower skill level bar too much Leadership keep asking for feedback but when people have questions, answers are very broad, political and blurry, like they are trying to avoid hurting someone's feelings.
