Sales team aggressively markets positive testimonials of the simpler, easier projects - As a result of these factors, developers are in a conundrum. Between the suboptimal design and the redundant levels of supervision/reporting, any developer is forced to play the political game, pushing back against requests from those who do not understand technology and protecting his territory, more than anything else. - In general, the sister concern 'Hatch/Second' is given more attention. Thus the management does not involve themselves in daily operations (Strange for a firm of this size!).
