      Pros

      Have worked in multiple organizations. Difference here is that everyone is technical and you do not have any ppt / excel managers. Everyone is hands on. It is very strict and clean working hours. No late nights or weekends. The CEO openly says that he does not give credit to anyone who stretches unnecessarily. Good efficient 8 hours given to work is what is needed objectively.

      Cons

      No facilities like other large companies (cabs, meals) etc. No onsite opportunities.

      Pros

      I really like the env in the office. It is not like my previous company where we were not allowed to speak to people from other team during working hours. Being able to share thoughts with anyone at Coditas during work helps in improving the overall learning and working epxerience

      Cons

      The coffee from the coffee machine is too sweet.
