      We are a cohesive group that strives to improve patient care and our management works to improve these goals. While it is a busy ER, we work together as a team to make a positive environment for our patients.

      Cons

      As mentioned before we do have a high patient daily turnover with 13 beds in use.

      Pros

      I do not know anymore...use to be the pay but they even changed the pay scales.

      Cons

      unfairness. benefits are ridiculous. want you to work for nothing. hostile work environment. HORRIBLE HR. all about the profit over care of employees and patients. unsafe nursing. no flexibility. rigid with time/attendance. rude co-workers and management (although they smile in your face)
