      Work from home and that's about it

      Dr. Annie the owner over hired for nurse practitioners and then let most go. Employees resigned from positions and started orientation to be let go in 4 days! She expected employees to transition from NP to an expert sales rep after watching a bunch of unorganized videos and given a choppy orientation. Every state has specific rules, and you were expected to be an expert in less than a weeks time. Unrealistic expectations from this company and owner. It was clear she had no intention of keeping everyone she hired. I'm actually happy I saw this the first week because I would never want to work for her with the threat of being let go over your head for the smallest learning errors.

Since your time at Collaborating Docs, we have added on a multi-week trial experience for nurse practitioners interested in becoming sales reps. This gives everyone an opportunity to make sure the role is a good fit before leaving other positions. We definitely have high standards for our sales team, but we are proud to employ nurse practitioners in this role.

      This is a great company to add extra income (generally $250-$400 per practitioner supervised) to a physician’s salary. Straight forward process with collaborating docs. I highly recommend!

      Cons

      Not much. Maybe a centralized emr to manage all required tasks such as chart reviews would be nice.

      I’ve been with Collaborating Docs for almost five years, and it has truly been the best company I’ve ever worked for. The team is close-knit, supportive, and genuinely cares about each other’s success. The culture is positive, respectful, and growth-oriented, better than anywhere else I’ve experienced. You are expected to work hard and follow directions, but you’re given the trust and flexibility to succeed. I especially appreciate being able to work from home, which gives me great work-life balance. Overall, Collaborating Docs is a dream workplace for anyone looking for growth, stability, and a great team environment.
