Great for growth, but can be overwhelming without strong time management or clear processes. Processes are still being built, which can create ambiguity or require extra initiative to navigate, but can be a great fit for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problem, and helping shape how things are done.

Great place to work if your at a store that’s busy I would still be here if it was

Couldn’t get 40hrs a week consistently, missed budget like three months in a row because they failed to bring in enough work. So the managers plan to fix the problem isn’t to find more work it’s to hire another tech so the short hours we were getting was cut in half and the store still can’t make budget Geez I wonder why maybe hire two more techs but I doubt that would work either.
