      Cons? Imagine a never-ending game of hide-and-seek with your payments. Add in a labyrinthine process, invented quality issues, and a knack for dodging responsibilities, and you have the full experience.

      They are nice until you sign the contract…

      Cons

      Heavy workload and long hours for little money. It’s NOT 40 hours per week job. Plus they keep adding more and more responsibilities, and basically, you have to be available 24/7.

      Very good rapport with PMs, very good rate per minute, a very decent vision/mission/philosophy

      Extremely difficult to be paid for the job already done
