Pros
For me, the biggest Pro is got to be fully remote!! Next in line is the amazing leadership team and the great effort and attitude throughout the entirety of the company. It is a joy to show up every day!
Cons
The closest thing I can get to a con in this role is dealing with the end user/ retail customer. so there's always the occasional tough customer.
