      Pros

Combined Insurance Australia and management team was really an employer of choice, extremely supportive management team.

      Cons

It took around 6 months to feel really comfortable, however it does take time to develop specific skills required for this role.

The Company is operating in every State.

          Cons

Combined Insurance has poor customer service and their claims process is a very frustrating for clients. Most of the management has poor leadership skills which trickles down poorly to the agents.

If asked what type of management style to you prefer? How do you feel about micromanagement? How do you answer this professionally? Nobody likes micromanagement so why ask? Maybe bc the manager there does?

In an interview is it a good practice to draw examples for answering situational questions from the most recent and relevant experience or should I draw examples from other previous experiences as well?
