    Pros

    Flexible schedule, income "potential", incentive trips

    Cons

    Commission only, hours worked, 7 day a week job, chargeback percent, nothing reimbursed for travel, nepotism

    Advice to Management

    Pay your first level managers a salary! Teach MD's how to recruit quality not just quantity. The heard them in and then heard them out recruiting mentality needs to be addressed.

      The income potential is unlimited and the training is excellent. After graduating from sales school, my manager showed my the ropes and after a few weeks I was pretty much on my own.
