      Pay was good and benefits were good.

      Cons

      Community managers are a hated occupation. Regardless of how well you do your job, your still going to be yelled and cussed at daily by HO.

      only part time available right now if you are looking full time.

      The housing is the best part of working here.

      Cons

      no merit increases or cost of living adjustments. very difficult to follow policy and procedure when it is unclear
