CMA was a very laid back, 'mom' and 'pop" type of environment. Friendly staff, decent benefits
Cons
Truly the most unorganized company I have even worked in my life. Staff are overworked, and underpaid. Company often bites off more than they can chew, managing over 700 properties with an even smaller incompetent staff. Horrible customer service to their homeowners, nonchalant property managers who don't go above and beyond to properly do their attend to their associations.
