      Pros

      100% work from home is such a helpful (and honestly non-negotiable) in a country where traffic and rush hours are a nightmare. Having the ability to avoid these things - especially during extreme heat and rain - allows me to channel my energy and focus on what really matters: career, family, and self.

      Even though I don't have any experience as a Python Developer, Community Minerals still hired me and I will be forever grateful to that. They gave me an environment where I can really thrive and excel as a Developer. I learned a lot of things during my stay here in Community Minerals. - Supportive team and leadership - Opportunities for learning and growth

      - The workload can occasionally be demanding, especially during peak periods - Technology stack is functional but could be more up-to-date in certain areas
