Salaries are low comparative to other businesses in South SF

Good remote work policy and pretty chill culture. If you’re right out of college it’s a decent place to work to learn basic corporate and email skills and I guess campaign based services like ads and newsletters.

There’s a ton: - very low pay for ALL positions compared to industry standards - extreme favoritism - c suite lacks energy and vision and probably are just coasting at this point - little to no career growth - promotions are almost non existent - low morale and no values/culture - says they value transparency but is afraid to admit where they lack and own up to it - inconsistent “bonuses”. One time I asked why it was so low and their response was there was an error and added $200 more. What a joke - the list goes on…
