Compli Response

Thank you for the feedback! Compli has undergone a lot of growth in the last year, including HR functionality. We've implemented an onboarding process and formalized our other HR processes. In our recent employee satisfaction survey, we were happy to know that 73% of respondents agreed with the statement "Compli is headed in the right direction.", 84% agreed with the statement "The company clearly communicates their goals and strategies" and 79% answered yes to the question, "Do you like coming to work every day (okay, most days)?". So we are making progress, but we believe there is always room to grow!

Pros

- Incredible people + culture. - Great growth potential. - Upper management really listen to their employees and keep them in the loop about everything that is going on within the company. - A stable product which is just getting better each day. A lot of freedom in the technologies being used. - Roles are clearly defined and if you want to be recognized, you need to be willing to put in the work. Where isn't that true though? If you ride the line, that is really on you.

Cons

If you are used to someone else protecting your time, you will not do well here. You have to be your own gate-keeper and understand that people are going to need you for a lot of things, and you need to be able to balance those distractions with your own workload. That is true of any company this size.
